I have 30 years experience running hospitality and retail operations such as food service, hotel and bookstore operations. In the process, I have implemented a variety of software systems to run these operations and understand how technology can help or hurt efficiency. I have managed over two hundred union and non-union employees and understand organizational structure and employee motivation. I believe that successful management of any business requires good planning, regular measurement of performance and motivated employees. My strength is analyzing and identifying the fundamentals necessary for success.
